Travel and experiences are the best teachers and Sushil Hari prides itself on combining learning, leisure and some of the best memories on these trips.
Class XII students went on a unique vacation for preparation of board exams, an unheard concept – dual purpose of engaging students with their subjects as well as enhancing personal development and social skills.
Trip to Thekkady : Class XII

Thank you, Baba, for your plans. I really had a great time the whole week. I have become completely relaxed ever since my visit to Shiv Kailash. It was more of a spiritual tour than an educational one.
We visited Chottanikkara, Vaikom, Ettumanoor temples on the day we reached. It was followed by 3 and a half days in which we wrote two exams. After completing the last exam, we visited Eagle point, Krishna temple and Pattumala Church.
I would like to thank everyone who were directly and indirectly involved in making this trip a great success
Kehxheni Paramasivan, Class XII – SB
Our trip to Thekkady was a phenomenal experience. On the first day, we visited Chottanikkara, Vaikom and Ettumanoor temples. We were blessed to have Raman sir and Srividya ma’am with us throughout our trip to Thekkady, and they took good care of us like our own parents. We wrote our Accountancy and Computer Science exam in Shiv Kailash. It was a different experience to write our exams there in a peaceful environment and we could concentrate well in our studies. On 23rd of December, after our exams, we went to Parunthupara Hill, Krishna Temple and Pattumala Matha Church. After dinner, we had campfire which we enjoyed by dancing and singing.
Our daily food arrangements were taken care of so well with tea/coffee at 6:00 am, breakfast at 8:30 AM, snacks at 4:30 PM and dinner at 8:30 PM. Words are not enough to describe our enjoyable moments . We are more than lucky because no one would care for us the way you do. I’ll never be tired of saying this, “You are always the best, Baba”. Love you loads.
Retheka, Class XII – SB
Thanks a lot Baba for organizing such a memorable trip to Thekkady. Shiv Kailash is full of nature’s beauty with mountains, fog and mist all the time. No school could have arranged such a wonderful trip, and we felt completely secured and cared for. My mother had no worry about me because she knows that “Sushil Hari stands always for its perfection in performance”. Some were sick including me while travelling, but by your grace and love we were doing good. We did good revision for our exams too. My hearty thanks to our Principal and all the teachers who took elaborate measures for our convenience. Not even a single rupee was spent on the trip by us. The word thank you will not be sufficient for me to express my gratitude.
